The pipe on the left is a shroud tube in which there is a sluice valve head presumably on an extension spindle. The other 2 pipes are 10 inch uPVC. These appear to becoming out of the chamber at a high level and are overflow pipes. The pipes have been exposed by land slip/erosion.
