This chamber about 3 feet deep is s bit of a mystery! On the right s a blue coloured plastic pipe. Maybe it is 2 inch or 3 inch diameter MDPE. On the left at the bottom of his chamber, but not seen in the photo, is an outlet pipe which appears to go to the lower tank.
